At Soundstorm, the Middle East’s largest music festival, we took on one of the most complex live event operations in the world. Overseeing the movement, welfare, and accreditation of more than 25,000 people. Our mission was simple: to make sure every artist and crew member could focus on creating the magic on stage while we handled everything behind it.
With just six months from formation to delivery, we built and delivered a full operational framework encompassing crew logistics, accreditation, artist relations, and on-site support - all centred on Crew Hub, our dedicated crew operations system, developed and managed by our team.
Behind every artist on stage stood an army of people we made sure that every one of them arrived safely, slept soundly, and felt supported throughout the festival.
Our crew logistics team managed over 2,000 staff flights, visas, accommodation bookings, and ground transport movements in partnership with TAG and AB Transport. These integrations fed directly into Crew Hub, allowing real-time visibility of every crew member’s travel, immigration and housing details, and enabling seamless coordination between logistics, transport, and accreditation teams.
On site, our 24/7 Crew Support Centre provided welfare and operational assistance to all crew handling everything from lost and found to emergency travel changes and mental health support. Staffed by English and Arabic-speaking teams, it became a trusted lifeline for thousands working around the clock.
Simultaneously, our artist relations team managed over 200 international and regional artist groups, coordinating more than 2,000 vehicle movements and ensuring every act’s journey was as smooth as their performance. From Metallica to regional stars, every artist experienced Saudi Arabia’s growing global potential through seamless coordination and hospitality.
Our accreditation and access teams oversaw one of the largest operations in the region – designing, producing, and issuing more than 40,000 credentials on site. With multiple collection points and live badge printing stations across the festival, we ensured every pass was accurate, secure, and delivered on time, supporting every department from production and catering to media and VIPs.
The Event Verse also led a major localisation drive, employing and training a new generation of Saudi event professionals. Over 80% of our accreditation team and nearly 40% of our logistics staff were Saudi-based — embedding skills, knowledge, and opportunities into the local industry.
