Seamless artist operations delivered in two weeks for LIV golf in Riyadh

LIV Golf, with its unique "supercharged" format, kicked off its 2025 season with a three-day festival held under the lights, featuring top regional and international icons.

The opening event showcased a completely new look, marking the first time in the circuit's history that play took place at night. Facing the challenge of a stage positioned mid-course with no traditional back-of-house (BOH) amenities and clear access to the stage, The Event Verse team successfully delivered comprehensive Artist Liaison operations, from initial budgeting, Artist Village and logistics planning, through final execution.

With only two weeks for planning and advancing, The Event Verse team took charge of Artist hospitality and logistics. We collaborated closely with LIV Golf, Sela, and MDLB to overcome the challenge of integrating necessary artist services and facilities into the golf event’s existing setup and schedule. 

Our team delivered prime end-to-end logistical care, meeting Artists at the airport and providing seamless support in their hotels and throughout their on-site involvement.
