Drumsheds is one of London's most dynamic large-scale event venues, running a relentless programme of back-to-back events throughout its Autumn/Winter 2025 season. With each event bringing its own crew, contractors, and department heads through the doors in rapid succession, the venue needed a staff accreditation and guestlist solution that could match its pace - fast to configure, intuitive to operate, and robust enough to handle constantly evolving personnel across every show.
AccredTix was used as the sole accreditation system for all Drumsheds in-house produced shows and commercial events, taking full ownership of credential management, guestlist control, donation payment processing, and at-gate scanning across the entire season.
AccredTix deployed its full modular ecosystem across Drumsheds’ season. A branded Team Portal gave each department head direct control over their own staff lists and access permissions in real time, dramatically reducing the administrative burden on the central operations team. A self-serve guestlist portal allowed guestlist owners to manage, add, and remove their own guests and assign ticket tiers independently – with QR codes issued automatically and donation payments taken directly through the system.
Over the course of the Autumn/Winter season, AccredTix managed accreditation across all 22 events without a single system failure. More than 30,000 people were accredited through the system, while 17,900+ guestlist tickets were distributed and managed through the platform. The result was a leaner, faster, and more secure operation with Drumsheds’ own team freed from administrative overhead and empowered with real-time intelligence at every entry point.
