The inaugural fifth edition of the night race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit was a spectacular event, featuring headlining performances by artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Usher, Peggy Gou, Major Lazer Soundsystem, and PartyNextDoor.

We love nothing more than a challenge, and the complexity of delivering an event within an event was one our team successfully mastered. Managing the event's mix of stakeholders, including the Formula 1 and SAGP teams, was a daily complexity our team embraced. We worked to seamlessly connect every group, optimising outcomes across the board - from the accreditation, logistics of traveling crew international crew members and Artists touring parties to coordinating their Paddock experiences and key appearances at Formula 1 signature events such as the Grid Walk and Garage tours.

The roar of Formula 1 racing sets the tone for the entire event. Our team ensured artists experienced the race firsthand, giving them a unique energy source that translated into spectacular after-race concerts – a thrilling experience for the audience. The Jeddah track has consistently hosted high-profile performers, with Jennifer Lopez headlining the post-race concert in 2025. Our team provided more than just hospitality and logistics for the concert itself. We also seamlessly connected the dots for her high-profile appearance at the racetrack, which included attending the final practice session as a VIP guest of Ferrari and meeting with senior F1 officials.

Managing multiple accreditation overlay plans requires constant vigilance. For our team, attention to every detail is not just a slogan – it’s the daily practice that ensures seamless access control. Beyond issuing over 4,000 concert accreditations, the core hurdle was access. Our team partnered directly with the Formula 1 and SAGP teams to secure essential F1 bubble accreditations. This close coordination was vital, guaranteeing that our staff could access the restricted concert site and execute the spectacular show flawlessly.
