With hundreds of performances taking place across central London, the challenge was clear: create a consistent, high-standard artist experience across a diverse network of venues.

The Event Verse led the management and deployment of over 70 dedicated Artist Liaison professionals across the SXSW London campus. The team managed the artist hospitality advance, artist check-ins, dressing rooms, hospitality, ground movements, and performance coordination, ensuring every artist interaction reflected the professionalism and creativity that defines SXSW.

Working hand-in-hand with TAIT’s production and operations teams, The Event Verse built clear communication lines between stage managers, artist teams, and festival control, creating a unified structure that allowed smooth transitions between venues and rapid responses to artist needs.

Throughout the event, our supervisors maintained consistent reporting and feedback cycles, ensuring the same level of service from the smallest showcase venue to the main headline stages. The result: a smooth, stress-free experience for artists and crews alike — allowing the spotlight to stay firmly on the performances and panels.
