The globally revered Berlin-based collective, Keinemusik, elevated its Kloud series to new heights on April 4, 2025, with a performance set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of AlUla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 12-hour event, which lasted until sunrise, highlighted the universal appeal of integrating music into unexpected places, successfully pioneering new experiences in a location previously untouched by electronic music culture.
The Event Verse team served on the Events Core planning unit, holding key responsibilities across the entire operation, including crew logistics, accreditation, and all Artist hospitality and logistics.
Managing logistics in AlUla’s remote desert location requires specialized expertise, which our team provided. We successfully overcame major constraints, including the scarcity of accommodation, securing necessary visas, and navigating severely restricted flight schedules. With a small on-site team, and by utilizing our proprietary CrewHub software, we efficiently managed the travel and accreditation for over 400 crew members and executives. This comprehensive approach ensured 100% on-time crew arrival and delivered significant savings against the event budget.
Our Artist Hospitality team tackled the challenge of envisioning and executing luxury hospitality in a remote desert setting. By bringing this vision to life and meeting the highest international standards, they delivered exceptional service to all artists, their crew members, and their guests.
Working 24/7 our Artist Logistics team handled the full spectrum of requirements, covering everything from Private Jet coordination and visas to specialized ground transportation and bespoke AlUla experiences.
Our team provided the end-to-end Accreditation solution, leading all aspects from planning and credential design through to on-site execution. We utilized a comprehensive technical setup, integrating our CrewHub software with RFID hardware.
