A Thousand and One 2025

Delivering 1001 – A Thousand and One required a vast, highly coordinated workforce operating behind the scenes to support every moment on stage. Our priority was to ensure that all artists and crew moved efficiently, were comfortably accommodated, and had the support needed to perform at their best within this immersive desert environment.

Our logistics operation covered international and domestic travel, visa processing, accommodation planning, and ground transport, including crew shuttles. Powered by Crew Hub, we maintained real-time oversight of all crew movements and living arrangements, enabling joined-up coordination across multiple teams working across the expansive site north of Riyadh.

Artist relations were carefully tailored to reflect the festival’s concept, with performances spread across four uniquely themed stages – Qafilah, Qasr, Bustan, and Sahaab. Our team managed complex scheduling, Artist Village operations and transportation flows, ensuring each artist transitioned smoothly through their journey while fully experiencing the creative vision of the event.

Accreditation and access control formed a critical part of the operation, with thousands of credentials designed, issued, and managed across multiple entry points. With live printing capabilities and robust access systems in place, we enabled secure and efficient movement for all teams across production, media, hospitality, and VIP areas.
