Delivering accreditation across a multi-session, multi-tier event of this scale requires both the right technology and the right people. The Event Verse provided both. Our proprietary AccredTix platform was configured specifically for Taste of London, supporting all credential categories with real-time QR scanning, live database sync across all entry points, and a live dashboard giving the organising team instant visibility of attendance and access activity throughout every session.

Alongside the platform, we deployed a dedicated team of trained AccredTix accreditation assistants to manage the check-in process on the ground. Briefed on site layout, credential protocols, and escalation procedures, our team operated with confidence from day one.

Our end-to-end approach ensured that every credential tier was handled with precision, staff entry operated without significant queuing during peak arrivals, and zero access-control incidents were recorded across the event. The result was a seamless accreditation experience that met the standards of one of the UK’s most prestigious food and drink events.
