At Balad Beast, Jeddah’s music festival in the historic Al Balad district, we took on one of the most complex live event operations in the region - overseeing the movement, welfare, and accreditation of artists, crew, and staff across four immersive stages. Our mission was clear: to ensure every performer and team member could focus on bringing the music and visuals to life, while we managed everything behind the scenes.
We developed a full operational framework covering crew logistics, accreditation, artist relations, and on-site support all coordinated through Crew Hub, our dedicated event operations system.
Behind every artist performing at Balad Beast, a dedicated team ensured that everyone arrived safely, was well accommodated, and felt fully supported throughout the festival.
Our crew logistics team managed hundreds of staff flights, visas, accommodation bookings, and ground transport movements, all integrated through Crew Hub. This system provided real-time visibility of every crew member’s travel, immigration, and housing details, allowing seamless coordination between logistics, transport, and accreditation teams across the historic Balad district.
Meanwhile, our artist relations team coordinated over 70 multi-genre performers, managing hundreds of vehicle movements and ensuring every act’s journey from arrival to stage was smooth and stress-free. From international artists to regional stars, every performer experienced Balad’s vibrant cultural backdrop and Saudi Arabia’s growing global arts potential through meticulous planning and hospitality.
Our accreditation and access teams managed one of the largest credential operations the district has seen, producing and issuing thousands of passes across multiple collection points with live badge printing stations. Every credential was accurate, secure, and delivered on time, supporting every department from production and catering to media and VIPs.
